Shipping & Returns
1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed the next business day after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If your country is not listed, we may not be in that market at this time yet. Please contact us at hello@golfafter5.com for further assistance.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping is currently free over $50, or at cost with UPS/USPS based on the parcel size and shipping location.
4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. We also cannot be responsible for shipments marked delivered, but are deemed stolen. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
6. Damaged Products: If your product was delivered damaged, please reach out to hello@golfafter5.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide as many pictures as possible. Our team will be here to assist.
7. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on your location. Please check your local laws and regulations before placing an order.
8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
9. Returns: If you don't love your purchase, please reach out and we'll be happy to assist with a return or exchange. Products must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging. Return shipping label is not included and must be covered by the buyer. The refund amount will only be of the product itself and will not include any original shipping fees paid.
